As Public Service, HHSC allows website users to electronically submit to the Commission certain forms and materials that may contain personal information. With a few exceptions, Texas privacy laws and Public Information Act entitled persons who submit personal information to ask HHSC about the information collected on such forms, to receive and review their personal information, and to request that HHSC correct any inaccuracies in personal information.
